A wonderfully complex twist on a traditional lemon scent with notes of lemongrass, Italian verbena, and earthy cedarwood.
The cedarwood really grounds the lemongrass, so it doesn't fade into that sharp, one-note citrus most lemon scents end up as. I put it on this morning and could still catch the earthy warmth on my wrist after lunch, which surprised me.
The Italian verbena makes this so much brighter than any plain lemon cologne I’ve tried, and the cedar keeps it from going sharp. I keep catching whiffs of the lemongrass hours later on my jacket sleeve, which is exactly what I wanted.
The cedarwood really grounds the lemongrass—it’s got this warm, almost woodsy depth that stops it from being just another sharp citrus. I keep catching whiffs of the verbena hours later, which is exactly the kind of lingering complexity I was hoping for.
