Pau Santo

I was a little worried it would be too sweet, but it's all dry wood and calm air—the sandalwood lingers on my skin for hours without turning powdery. Burned a small piece while reading and the whole room felt quieter, like a church made of trees.

The cedar and cypress notes hit you right away—earthy and grounding, not at all perfumey. It dries down to a soft sandalwood warmth that lingers for hours on my skin, and I keep catching myself inhaling my own wrist.

This is the most calming scent I've tried in months. The sandalwood and cypress blend beautifully, and it lingers on my skin for hours without ever feeling synthetic. I actually look forward to applying it every morning.
